After 14 years in Romania, the Carvalho family moved to Portugal at the request of SEPAL Brazil to work in the cross-cultural coordination of this missionary agency. In addition to being the cross-cultural director of SEPAL, Jorge is the co-founder of Embrace, an international ministry that serves in the area of ​​spiritual formation of mission teams. The couple has two children: Elisa and Filipe.
